The Owners:
Rick and Erika Miller are based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and enjoy frequent visits to the Inn to enjoy spending time with friends and new guests alike. An Oregonian with deep roots, Rick Miller is the Founder and President of the Avamere Family of Companies. The Millers care deeply about our beautiful state and generously invest their time and resources through many organizations that reflect their personal values.
The Millers have a true love and passion for the Black Walnut estate, vineyards and natural life found on the surrounding property. In addition to the 42-acre Black Walnut parcel, the Millers own the Fairview vineyard directly east of the Black Walnut vineyard as well as two guest houses on adjacent properties to the Black Walnut.
