Experience a customized facial or massage with the exclusive Laboratoire Remède skin care line. RemèdeSM Spa offers a comprehensive menu of tailored services including facial, massage and body services. Personalized care combined with signature touches such as chilled champagne, indulges guests in a sophisticated tropical environment.

Dedicated solely to the beauty of pampering and tranquility, we offer a serene retreat where nature blends with traditional spa. A floating pathway delivers guests to seven secluded massage villas, each with large picture windows framing the spa’s garden. This enchanting spa experience is located just outside of the resort’s main entrance.

Remède Spa offers an alluring selection of facials, body treatments, massages, and impeccable waxing, hair, and nail services. At Remède we embody the belief that through extraordinary products, spa design, and custom services, each individual will experience a sense of escape and rejuvenation with unsurpassed results. Feel free to linger before and after your treatments, and to order from a light menu, created to enhance your spa experience.

Understanding that no two faces or bodies are the same, we create unique Remède products and experiences customized to each individual’s specific needs and desires with one goal in mind—to deliver the best possible results for each guest. Each treatment at our island spa has been carefully designed with indigenous and cultural influences, using organic native ingredients such as coconut and sugar cane. In the tradition of “Fiestas Patronales” each service is influenced by Queen Loiza herself, in honor of the diversity of the African, Tiano Indians, and Spanish heritage that now comprise the exotic and colorful Puerto Rican culture.

Remède Spa offers access to men’s and women’s steam, sauna, hot and cold plunges. A separate 1000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness facility and spacious yoga/pilates studio sits adjacent to the spa.

Appointments are highly recommended.

Cancellation policy: To change or cancel an appointment, clients are kindly requested to provide 24-hours notice prior to the appointment. Cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full to guest’s room.

If this is a first visit, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to treatment time to allow leisurely check-in, change of clothing and relaxation. If late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa receptionist when possible. Arriving late will simply limit the time for treatment, as therapists must complete each service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.

Fitness Room: Athletic Club

Our light and airy Athletic Club offers the finest in TechnoGym equipment, including treadmills and ellipticals, upright and reclining bikes, as well as strength-training and core work areas with free weights. The facility also offers an adjacent yoga and pilates studio and personal training sessions.

Our spa concierge will be delighted to arrange custom personal trainings, as well as yoga, pilates and meditation classes. Classes are offered in different parts of the resort depending on availability. All wellness services, from workouts to yoga and pilates, can be provided beachside. Please inquire with the spa concierge for availability and pricing.

The athletic club may be accessed with the guest room key.

Golf: Robert Trent Jones Jr., one of the world’s pre-eminent golf course architects, designed the spectacular golf course at The St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort, Puerto Rico, one of the best Puerto Rico golf resorts. Committed to preserving the natural integrity of each site, he enhances sensitive environments while providing challenging variety. With impressive greens along the ocean, scenic lakes, undulating fairways and gentle ocean breezes, the course’s breathtaking splendor is matched only by the world-class play it offers to golfers of all abilities. Robert Trent Jones Jr. captures the essence of the experience when he proclaims, “Bahía Beach will be a haven of golf that will challenge but also delight your soul and spirit.” Managed by Troon Golf and rewarded as a certified Silver Signature Sanctuary by Audubon International, this exclusive stretch of green is a true statement of perfection.

Tee times are available at 10-minute intervals. Resort guests can confirm their tee times through the golf club administrative staff or the St. Regis Concierge. Singles are accepted and may be paired upon request. Group arrangements are coordinated through the Bahía Golf Club representative, and can be booked at the same time as hotel reservations are made.

Fees vary seasonally and depending on time of day and number of people. Groups of 12-plus may receive group rates. Package rates are also available.

Tennis: Relish tennis in Puerto Rico at our resort’s Tennis Center. Established in a lush tropical garden equipped with 4 Deco Turf hard courts of which 2 are lighted for late evening play. Tennis equipment is offered as well as clinics for all ages and abilities. Reserve your play time or arrange lessons and clinics with the Concierge.

Tennis reservations include complimentary sleeve of tennis balls and racquets. Play times may be reserved through the Concierge team. There will be a charge of $150 for unreturned racquets. The use of tennis courts is complimentary. Private lessons with our Tennis Pro Carl J. Gavine are $100 per hour. Ball machines can be booked at $25 per hour.

The Tennis Center is available daily from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Beach: The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico is located on two miles of unspoiled beach offering a destination for sheer relaxation or endless activity. Guests have access to beach towels, comfortable lounge chairs, and umbrellas for relief from the days of endless sunshine.

The resort’s Aquatics Center offers equipment and lessons for all non-motorized water sports including paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and fishing in any of the surrounding lakes. The Concierge is pleased to coordinate all arrangements for individuals or groups. While scuba diving is not available at the resort, arrangements guests may make arrangements through our concierge for dives in nearby locations.

For the ultimate beachside indulgence, our Beach Front Cabana Rentals offer private cabanas featuring signature St. Regis service.

Full and half day cabana rentals are available. Beach cabanas may be reserved through the Concierge.

On Site Shopping: Remede Spa has a small gift shop.
The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort is located at the foot of the El Yunque National Forest, is bordered by the 5,000 acre Espíritu Santo River State Preserve, and is a 30 minute drive from the 500 year old jewel – Old San Juan.

The El Yunque National Rain Forest, a 28,000 acre preserve, is the only tropical national forest on U.S. soil. There are over 240 species of trees, 50 species of ferns and 20 varieties of wild orchids. For adventure seekers, a popular attraction is zip lining through the forest.

Puerto Rico’s only navigable river, the Espíritu Santo, features a plethora of plant and animal life. Staff naturalists guide bird-watching on more than seven miles of nature trails and kayak outings on the 63 acres of canals, ponds and lakes on the resort’s grounds. Also nearby is the extraordinary Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay where nighttime kayaking is a favorite adventure.

Old San Juan is a charming residential and commercial district that includes more than 400 restored 16th- and 17th-century Spanish colonial buildings. A diverse collection of gourmet restaurants, forts, galleries, shops, jewelry stores, and cafes make it a great place to stroll and savor the Spanish colonial atmosphere.
