December 19, 2019 – St. Petersburg, FL – DISTINCTE TRAVEL GROUP today announced a new affiliation with Eric Dupere, who joins the company as a Travel Partner. Dupere has a strong background in business development and is a master networker with decades of experience as a business owner in the credit card processing industry. Dupere’s appointment was announced by Founder and President of Distincte Travel Group, Sean K. Winton and will begin his new role in January, 2020.
Eric Dupere has been a member of Falmouth Country Club in Falmouth, Maine since 2012 and has played over 300 rounds of golf around the globe, including iconic locations such as Scotland, Ireland, England, Bermuda, the Bahamas, British Columbia and the Dominican Republic. His passion for the sport is only eclipsed by his love of global travel which has taken him to many countries through the years, including Iceland, France, Italy, Belgium, St. Lucia, Belize and Costa Rica to name a few. Among Eric’s favorite adventures was experiencing the challenges of the Old Course at St Andrews just two days after watching – from the legendary white balcony of the Rusacks Hotel – Zach Johnson win in dramatic fashion. As Eric put it, “playing the Old Course just days after The 2015 Open Championship, with the pins in their same positions, was a memory I’ll never forget. Oh, and apologies to whomever owns that car I hit on the road hole!” When not golfing and/or traveling himself, Eric enjoys putting together magical experiences for others to enjoy so they can share their stories and help perpetuate the wonderful world of golf travel.
