Throughout your journey, enjoy seamless transfers to and from the airport and the Olympic Golf Course, ensuring convenience at every turn. Your adventure kicks off with a warm welcome event on the first day, followed by delightful lunches over all three days. Itinerary
- Arrival into Rio Di Janeiro International Airport
- You will be met by your driver who will accompany you on your transfer in directly to The Fairmont Rio de Janeiro
- On arrival, check in and be greeted with a welcome drink – (At check in, please setup your dinner time)
- Once settled in, relax and enjoy this wonderful setting with stunning views overlooking Copacabana Bay and Sugar Loaf. It truly doesn’t get anymore iconic than than this!
- Evening at your leisure with dinner in the hotel
- Overnight – The Fairmont Rio de Janeiro
- Brazilian Breakfast Buffet
- Shuttles will be provided to take you from the Fairmont to the Olympic Golf Course.
- Today is your practice round to get familiar with the course and warm up for the tournament. A bucket of balls will be provided.
- After the practice round head back to the Fairmont for the private welcome event which will be a Luau held on the main pool deck.

Meet an mingle with your competitors, make some friends and gather info for the rest of the tournament weekend.
- 7:30pm head to the 6th floor for an incredible dinner prepared by Chief Chef Jerome Dradilac and his team. enjoy dinner and drinks but be sure to make it an early evening for a fresh start in the morning.

- There will be both Men’s and Ladies’ fields by age / handicap
- Lunch will be provided, including drinks (beers, soft drinks, wine) at the Olympic Golf Club

Dinner will be a gastronomical experience featuring cuisine from the iconic Fairmonts from around the world
- Overnight – The Fairmont Rio de Janeiro
- Brazilian Breakfast Buffet
- Welcome to day one of the tournament! Shuttles will be running between the Fairmont and the Olympic Golf Course. Please check for shuttle times.
- Lunch will be provided, including drinks (beers, soft drinks, wine) at the Olympic Golf Club
- On this final night of the tournament the Fairmont will host the Gala Awards Dinner! An exciting night with prizes and dinner

- Check out after breakfast and transfer to Rio de Janeiro International Airport
**PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend a pre or post event stay to explore more of Rio with an unique option to play in the Wednesday Pro AM for the PGA Tour Event following the Rio Golf Weekend.
Another Option is to visit to Iguassu Falls which is a short flight away.
